Rental Terms and Rules

To hold reservation:

- Deposit of first night rental amount.

- Signed rental agreement.

- Full rental amount due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

- Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days from rental date

- Deposit will be refunded, minus $75 booking fee.

- Cancellations under 30 days will forfeit deposit.

Rental Rules - Highlights

- NO SMOKING.

- Dogs not allowed in house (only in heated garage).

- No shoes/boots in house: Enter/exit the house through the garage, where there are heated facilities to gear-up and leave shoes/boots.

- No wildlife in house: Outdoor facilities provided for game cleaning (though we prefer you clean game in the field).
